Botanical Monotypes - Print making without a press - FRIDAY 25th JULY at Walford Mill, Wimborne, Dorset
Join me for a half day workshop at beautiful Walford Mill Crafts in Wimborne to create beautiful botanical prints without a press.
During the morning we will be using a gel plate printing surface and rollers with acrylic paints, pressed plant life, stencils and mark making tools to print beautiful papers. We will make many lovely colourful prints suitable for framing, cards, collage papers and more! I will show you lots of different possibilities for your creations.
The workshop runs from 10am to 1pm and includes all the materials required. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those wanting to refresh their skills! Maximum 6 participants.
Walford Mill is a Grade II listed mill and unique destination in Wimborne, Dorset. With the waterside café Little Pickle at the Mill , resident artists, designers and makers working in open studios, exhibitions, pop-up studios, craft workshops for adults and children and monthly craft markets in the idyllic riverside courtyard there is something for everyone to enjoy!
